Final Deed Of Transfer For Fernhill House And Estate July 1862

To all to whom these present shall come Eliza Sanders, Adelaide Sanders, Adelaide Sanders, Julia Sanders and Marianne Sanders all of Fernhill, Isle of Wight spinsters Send Greetings

Whereas Samuel Sanders late of Fernhill foresaid esquire by his will bearing the date twenty first day of July one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight appoint his son Arthur Sanders [of Fernhill aforesaid esquire] the sole executor thereof and directed his said son his heirs executors and administrators within two years after the said testators death to purchase out of his real or personal estate in such a manner as he or they might deem expedient the sum of one thousand eight hundred pounds three pounds per centum consolidated bank annuities in the name of each of his daughters the said Eliza Sanders Adelaide Sanders Julia Sanders and Marianne Sanders for their absolute benefit. And subject to these bequest [and two other bequest in the favour of his two married daughters] the said testator gives and devises and bequests that the whole of his real and personal estate to his son the said Arthur Sanders And Whereas the said testator died on the 10 day of March on thousand eight hundred and fifty nine without having revoked or altered his said will and the same was proved by the said Arthur Sander on the twenty sixth day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine in the Principal Registry of her Majesty’s Court of Probate And Whereas the said Arthur Sanders has previously to the execution of these presents purchased the sum of one thousand eight hundred pounds three pounds per centum consolidated bank annuities in the name of each of them the said Eliza Sanders Adelaide Sanders Julia Sanders and Marianne Sanders for their absolute benefit in obedience to the direction of the said testator and they do hereby severally and respectively acknowledge now know ye that in consideration of the sum of one thousand eight hundred pounds three pound per centum consolidated bank annuities so purchased by the said Arthur Sanders in each of their three names as aforesaid They the said Eliza Sanders Adelaide Sanders Julia Sanders and Marianne Sanders do each and every of them Doth remise release exonerate and discharge all real and personal estate late of the said Samuel Sanders deceased and the said Arthur Sanders his heirs executors administrators and assigns of and from the said for legacies of one thousand eight hundred pounds three pound pe centum consolidated bank annuities and of and from all claims and demands whatsoever which they the said releasers or any of them had or hath or can or may have upon or out of the said real and personal estator ant part thereof or upon the said Arthur Sanders his heirs executors administrators or assigns for or an account of the said four legacies or any part thereof respectively or any interest thereof or otherwise however In Witness thereof the said parties to these present have herein set their hands and seals this twenty ninth day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty two
